Shipping & customs / import duties

Shipping. Generally we ship 2kgs & under by Royal Mail, low value items under £20 untracked, over £20 tracked & signed.  Over 2kgs we use UPS & Parcel Force.  The way the software works, is you can be charged for more than one postage, if you buy 2 or more items.  If you pay by Paypal, refund should be possible for excess postage.

Customs & import duties.  Where we can, we set customs value low, to avoid and minimise import duty, when exported from the UK.
